- Event Preferences: Attendance type, meal selections, t-shirt size, and lodging preferences.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically during your visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Process your event registration and manage your attendance.
- Assign lodging accommodations and meal services.
- Send confirmation emails, receipts, and event-related communications.
- Process payments and refunds through Stripe.
- Generate badges, wristbands, and check-in credentials.
- Improve our services and event planning.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Event Organizers: Registration and attendance details necessary for event management.
- Payment Processors: Stripe receives payment details to process transactions securely.
- Service Providers: Email delivery services (Resend) for sending confirmations and receipts.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure database hosting via Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and secure payment processing via Stripe PCI-compliant infrastructure.
