  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and city of residence.
  • Church Affiliation: Your church name or selected church from our directory.
  • Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Event Preferences: Attendance type, meal selections, t-shirt size, and lodging preferences.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically during your visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Process your event registration and manage your attendance.
  • Assign lodging accommodations and meal services.
  • Send confirmation emails, receipts, and event-related communications.
  • Process payments and refunds through Stripe.
  • Generate badges, wristbands, and check-in credentials.
  • Improve our services and event planning.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

  • Event Organizers: Registration and attendance details necessary for event management.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe receives payment details to process transactions securely.
  • Service Providers: Email delivery services (Resend) for sending confirmations and receipts.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure database hosting via Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and secure payment processing via Stripe PCI-compliant infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

Registration data is retained for the duration of the event and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@fellowflow.online.
