Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FellowFlow to register for events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Each person attending must have their own individual registration.
  • Registration is subject to event capacity limits and may be closed at the organizer's discretion.
  • A confirmation email with a unique confirmation code will be sent upon successful registration.

3. Payment

  • Registration fees vary based on attendance type (Full Conference, Partial, Kote (Daily commuters)), age category, and selected services.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • A processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is added to card payments to cover payment processing costs.
  • Prices are subject to late surcharges if registering after posted early-registration deadlines.
  • Full conference registration includes lodging and meals for the duration of the event.

4. Meal Add-Ons

  • Partial and Kote (Daily commuters) attendees may purchase individual meals as add-ons.
  • Meal purchases must be completed before the meal purchase deadline (first day of conference at 12:00 PM).
  • After the deadline, meal purchases are disabled unless specifically enabled by an event administrator.

6. Lodging

  • Lodging assignments are managed by event organizers and assigned based on availability, gender, age group, and church affiliation.
  • Dorm and room assignments are gender-separated.
  • Registrants agree to follow all venue and accommodation rules.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates the code of conduct, without refund.

8. Liability

FellowFlow and event organizers are not responsible for personal property loss, injury, or damage during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
